2cupcooked ulu (breadfruit), diced 1/4'' - 1/2'', cooled
2tsprock salt
2 tspinamona (ground roasted Kukui nuts)
1/2round sweet onion, diced
3stalksgreen onions, sliced
Handfulseaweed chopped (ogo if possible)
1tspchili pepper - water/powder (optional)
2 tspsesame oil
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ulu, salt, sesame oil and inamona. Set aside.
Prepare remaining ingredients (except the chilli)
Add to the ulu mixture and mix well
Add more salt if desired
Add chilli if desired
