2 cups breadfruit, peeled and cut into small cubes
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the breadfruit, cream, brown sugar and butter. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is thick and sticky, about 15 minutes
2. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before pressing into molds to set.
3. Once cooled completely, remove from molds and store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
