- 2 cups breadfruit, peeled and cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the breadfruit, cream, brown sugar and butter. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is thick and sticky, about 15 minutes
- 2. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before pressing into molds to set.
- 3. Once cooled completely, remove from molds and store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
